We were delighted with our stay at Alaska Creekside Cabins. Very easy access to town and to Exit Glacier. Tim was helpful & fun to talk to about the area and his work on the cabins. He's clearly committed to having the cabins & grounds be a top-notch facility. Cabins were nicely spaced. We would definitely stay there again.
We truly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house. After we saw the ocean view picture on the website, we immediately canceled our earlier booking in another local hotel and chose this one. It was a right decision! The view from the window is breathtaking with ocean waves nearby, snow mountains afar, and sea birds flying low and high, far more better than any pictures that could possibly depict. Imagining you have a cup of hot coffee in hand and sit in Tom’s rocking chair in front of huge...
We had never been to Seward before, but this was a great location with an amazing view. There were little perks like the massage chair that made the place even better. We would stay there again.
Very clean, cozy, comfortable, and well decorated. The breakfast and snack bake goods were delicious. Very kinda of them to accommodate dietary needs and preferences.
There are no words to explain how beautiful it was staying in this cabin. The restaurant was delicious. Todd, at the front desk was fantastic. So kind and knowledgeable! Would recommend this place to anyone and would come back if I’m ever in Alaska again.
The folks who run the Harborview Inn are friendly, personable and accommodating. The inn is not fancy but the room was clean, presentable and within walking distance of everything; also the "free transit" stop is right across the street from the inn. If ever I am in Seward again I definitely would stay at the Harborview Inn again..
No hassle check-in on ground floor right in front of our parking space. No noisy patrons up and down the halls (no halls). Modest little place has rooms as nice as I’ve experienced in big motels, roomy, very tastefully decorated and soothing, some nice little amenities like pretty ceramic mugs for hot drinks from the coffee maker. Roomy bathtub and everything VERY clean. Plenty of towels and a tucked away hamper for the used ones.... that is a nice touch. pillows on the bed In a nice array of...
The WindSong is conveniently located to Seward Alaska. They also provide a free shuttle bus to the Boat areas and to restaurants in marina boat area as well as downtown. The shuttle drivers are Kathleen and Martha and they are very friendly and informative. The WindSong is great but you just request first floor if you have difficulty with stairs and carrying luggage up stairs as there is no elevator. The Lodge has a restaurant and a coffee shop too.
Clean cozy room with off street parking. Nice bedding, big shower, 24 hour access to kitchen. You can make your own breakfast or just grap a muffin and fruit in the morning. Quiet area, just a few blocks from downtown. Easily walkable.
The room was very spacious, clean, up to date. The area where it's located is very pretty. We loved the setting. The shower room was separate from the yurt itself and is a shared space, but it was clean and had most everything we needed. I have 2 recommendations for the shower room- a way to tell if its occupied or not- like an outside light that turns on when its locked and off when it's not, and a stool or something to sit on- since its a wet room, to be able to put shoes and socks on dry. The...
My family recently stayed at A Swan Nest Inn and it was a nice little room with great amenities. The photos give you an idea of the room, but it was bigger than we expected and the loft was perfect! The breakfast was good and it was nice to chat with others who stayed there as well. Our room was right outside the dining area, but it was still quiet and not disruptive at all. Check in and out was super easy and the staff was friendly. I would certainly recommend this inn to others looking for a...
There are tons of things to do right at the bed and breakfast. Canoeing, kayaking, watching bald eagles, seeing the salmon run are all right there. The hosts are very knowledgeable about the area and have binders full of restaurants in the area along with another binder with hiking trails. They are gracious enough to make you a copy of any hiking map you need.
The beds were very comfortable and our rooms were spacious. Breakfast was delicious! Also who can pass up a homage ice cream treat in...
