I booked a deluxe room (with city views it said), and instead I got a room looking to a parking lot (it was ridiculously close to the cars).I went down to reception three times (Sunday evening) and the guy gave me no alternative despite admitting that it was their/the websites mistake.
It wasn’t until I asked to speak to the manager that the guy offered me to change the room with a really bad attitude.
The rest of the staff were neither friendly nor professional.

"It was an absolute privilege to stay at Muntri Mews for 3 nights. The room we were appointed was stunning (77D) with a four poster bed (very comfortable) and a lovely large, squishy sofa that was perfect to relax on. We were one skip away jump away from the cafe which served us a delicious breakfast from the menu each morning, which included a glass of fresh orange juice and hot drink of your choice. The scrambled eggs with smoked salmon were perfect.
