Staff very friendly and helpful

Lovely experience in an old historical hotel offering every modern convenience you could expect and want. You do get more than your monies' worth. Great room (choose the ones overlooking the pool), attentive staff, excellent breakfast but do go early to take advantage of all the choices. How often do you get live gamelan music played while eating your morning meal? Recommend the Happy Hour at the bar serving you cocktails by very professional bartenders before sitting down to a delightful meal...

The design is fantastic, the bed comfy and the sťaff diligent, courteous and quick on their feet. Bed was comfy and sheets were nice quality. The food was also delicious. Easy to get a cab to go anywhere and it is near really nice, artsy cafes and galleries.

Great place, location and service

Decent and clean with a good location. A short walking distance from restaurants, Raminten and Madame Tan. Great customer service, friendly and helpful staff, and a good restaurant within the hotel to grab a bite late at night. Very good varieties for breakfast compared to its price. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and definitely a repeat. Very much recommended.

Convenient

I was randomly searching for a cheap hotel around jalan solo yogya and found this hotel with affordable rate and strategic location. Hotel staff are hospitable and helpful. Recommendable.

We chose Premier Inn because of its previous reviews which we found it all positive. The followings showed our experience; 1. This hotel provided free shuttle airport to and from hotel. The driver picked us up on time. 2. Although expedia made a mistake in information on room types sent to the hotel, the hotel staff without any hesitation accomodating us types of room as stated n our receipt. (We booked for one twin bedroom and one double bedroom as stated in the receipt. The hotel however...
