We stayed 2 nights in 2 rooms with western beds which were very comfortable! The service and organization were outstanding!!! There is a free pass given to you by the hotel allows you to go into all the 7 different public onsen baths in this lovely ancient thermal town. I strongly suggest everyone going to Japan to experience one or more onsen located all over the country, it is a tradition you should experience to understand better their culture!
