"Staff’s are great! You can ask them directions of places you want to visit, they also recommend where you can try best food in town. The hotel is new and offer a low price compare to other hotels. Kudos! We enjoyed our 2 night stay. Loving the menu of their breakfast too!"

"Was clean the food was so, so the people were very friendly and nice, the Internet was no good. The showers were ice cold there were no phones in the room. Nothing was near for meals or anything, they did not come to pick us up at the airport"

I texted and no reponse from them. Maui, the front desk staff, was able to get a hold of them and she let me use her phone to speak with them. "Amazingly close to all amenities and is adjacent to a modern mall , high rise new condominiums and food . The hotel is a boutique type of setting it's as basic as you can expect. It worked well for solo traveler."

"I waited 3 hours to be able to get in the unit. The host did not communicated well with the security guards at the lobby for them to give me the key for the unit. We tried calling the host multiple times but nobody answered the calls. Finally, the head of the security stepped in and decided to let me in since I have the confirmation email.
