This is a charming small hotel in the small, medieval town of Labin. It is right on the town square with historic sites, restaurants and shops nearby. The room was large and comfortable with a very nice bathroom with two sinks and a shower. The high point of our stay was Sema, the manager. She assured that everything was perfect from the room to the amazing included breakfast to arranging transport and experiences.

We visited in October, so the property wasn’t at full capacity and they upgraded our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is very convenient and close to promenade and a few restaurants. There is parking available for a fee, which is convenient if during the high season. You can probably find off site parking for cheaper if you don’t mind walking. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and had many different items. This was an amazing hotel. Despite making the reservation at last minute, were welcomed like old friends with a drink and a lovely snack board. The hostess gave us a very relaxing introduction to amenities whi h were many. There was a shuttle to take us to a wonderful restaurant and then pick us up after. Overall a very pleasant stay.

An unbelievable Gem of a hotel! Your room is literally right on the water! We enjoyed hearing the waves as we fell asleep. Free surface parking and a delicious breakfast. Would definitely stay here again!!!!
Great breakfast buffet, very clean and relaxing atmosphere. We really enjoyed our stay. There is a dog beach 200 meters down the walking path, which was wonderful. Gladly recommend this resort!
The Hotel is very well located on the centre of Opatija. Rooms and all facilities are excellent. Staff were delight and service was wonderful. Will be our ongoing first choice for future visits to Opatija
This is a very remote area, so it was extremely peaceful and beautiful. Food options are well over 20 mi or more away. It is off season, a lot of places around were closed, including the nature activities. If you are looking for a serene retreat this if your place, I would have loved to use the pool but it was out of season. Beautiful traditional stone house.
