"Even a few days after flooding as the Orange River rose and flooded their lawns - the BnB was immaculate. Great service - friendly staff - rooms had a lot of creature comforts. Will certainly consider them as a future stay in Upington. Breakfast were awesome."

"Have stayed in Upington several times before but first time we have stayed at Browns Manor. Fully deserves 4 star rating. A green oasis in the Kalahari - massive koi carp a reap bonus. Staff really kind and helpful. Nice clean pool with shaded area and loungers. Good quality breakfast included."

"This is a lovely proprty, very quiet. We were the only guests in so we had a private pool. There is a very big step to get into the pool. There are a lot of ants. But otherwise everything was lovely."

"A beautiful lodge set on a wine farm, the building is wrapped around a swimming pool with the dining room and guest suites looking onto the pool and carefully tended garden. Food was excellent, staff attentive."

"Amazing is the only word to describe our stay. From the moment that we entered until we drove away we were treated exceptionally by everyone. Even though we stayed during off season and there were not many people staying at the lodge, all services were available for us. The food at the restaurant was very delicious and the wait staff is second to none. Our only complaint was that the air conditioner in our room was exceptionally loud. We definitely recommend staying here."

"We checked in and I was dissatisfied with the room because of the traffic noise below our windows. Management upgraded us to an Executive room for no additional cost. The breakfast buffet was awesome plus it came with an egg and omelette station. The team went above and beyond to accommodate us, we definitely recommend staying here."
