You get the perfect vacation experience as soon as your feet hit the ferry that takes you to the island. Mate Bertie was very pleasant and helpful when getting your bearings around the BVI. When we arrived, Collin was most welcoming and was excellent at making you feel like you're on vacation. Throughout our stay, Julisa was on top of her game, naturally friendly and hospitable. Bertie, Collin, and Julisa are the 3 pillars of that place. The bartenders are cool too!!

We have been to many of the carribean islands, stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Grand Cayman and St Thomas, but this takes the cake. If you are looking for a secluded place, a pampering staff, and great food this is it. I laugh reading the poor reviews of this place. If you are this nuts and can’t enjoy Lambert, the islands aren’t for you. Also, have some sympathy, less than two years ago the entire island chain was DESTROYED in Irma, the turnaround and renovations at Lambert are phenomenal. The large, nearly private beach is draw enough. It’s in a sleepier part of town, and the property was quiet, all you could hear was the ocean. Having said that, definitely budget accordingly for taxi’s into Road Town....

The cleaning products used through the hotel have an over powering smell.

Great staff. Right on the water. Convenient to a number of restaurants.

The property is just beautiful and the customer service is amazing. The rooms all have incredible views of the harbor with a large living area, well equipped kitchen and luxurious bath rooms. We took the Millionaires Cruise with Dive BVI and had a magical day snorkeling along with a great lunch on Saba Rock. I would highly recommend the resort and the day trips. The staff was superb - Nicole and Imani in particular (and Amanda at Rhythm and Sand). The room was clean (most important) but also spacious and light and nicely done. The views are spectacular - loved the deck and swinging chairs. We’ll be back.

The Heritage Inn was a dream come true for our honeymoon stay. The staff members are incredible and the view is breathtaking!!! And our meals at the Bananakeet were top notch - the ahi tuna is a must! We will no doubt stay at the Heritage Inn for all our future trips to the BVI.

If your looking for a non resort laid back experience I would highly recommend Sebastian's. While there is nothing fancy about it, my room was spacious and comfortable with good service. I stayed in one of the junior suite villas which is a short walk up the street from the main buildings but enjoyed the exercise of going back and forth. It was wonderful everything was clean. Everything was great. If I had a complaint, and we did have a problem both nights we tried to make reservations for dinner. You should save a table or two for your guests. We didn’t know we had to make reservations early in the day or the day before to get a table for dinner. 😞

Long Bay Beach Resort is a beautiful property. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. When booking, we didn't realize that the property was on such a rocky beach, but there is a beautiful beach a short dive away, which the hotel will bring you to and pick you up from. Looking forward to going back.

I stay at a lot of 5 star resorts when vacationing, but the owners of this resort have taken luxury to another level. The quality of service is second to none I have experienced, the food is Michelin star quality and the rooms and decor is impressive. The owners have done an amazing job at operating this resort. Truly if I could rate higher than 5 stars I would. This resort is now my go to destination! Thank you for a wonderful time.

This 1950s era hotel appears nondescript from the outside. We chose it because of its proximity to conch Charters, and we stayed a few nights before and after a weeklong sailboat charter. Were we in for a surprise! The entire place is spotless - the housekeeping staff sweeps/vacuums and mops every floor every day. Linens are fresh and good quality - none of those non-absorbent towels. This was one of our best vacations in memory. We sailed our brains out. We motored to deserted beaches, we drank lots of rum and wine, we swam and floated around in the ocean water, enjoyed the beaches and pool, ate great food, enjoyed the 'to die for' scenery, and were very well served by the staff. At 40 years old, BEYC is a mature venue, but we don't go there to sit in the room and admire the furnishings. It's clean, plenty roomy, and totally functional. The well-maintained rooms...
