"Nice place to stay, hotel is clean and most staff are great to work with, however, the entertainment schedule is really a headache for us: it last over 11 pm and really loud music, we have to wait until it completely stopped to go to sleep. Hotel does not have its owe shuttle to/from airport, and taxi is $70 plus tip, it is even more expansive then in US capital"

"Everything was amazing. It was my second time staying here. It was my best friend’s 50th birthday. And they decorated the door, sang to her and made her feel special. Staff friendly nice and helpful. Everything clean and drinks amazing!! We will be back!"

"My stay here was nothing short of wonderful. Will recommend. The food was good, the staff was helpful and friendly. However, the drinks weren’t my favorite but they were flowing. Entertainment was wonderful as well. "

"The over all experience was ok. Check in time was 3. We waited an hour and a half for our room. We are not very adventurous when it comes to foods, lunch and dinner options were limited. The spaghetti at the Italian restaurant was very good. The swim up room was great! The pool was massive, plenty of room to move around. The room was clean."

"Overall I enjoyed the beautiful property, my room was gorgeous, and the swim up bar was pretty awesome too. However, the property was huge and some of the main elevators were down during most of my stay. I had to walk to an elevator that was working or take the stairs to the 6th floor. Even if I walked to a working elevator it felt like a half a mile. The amenities say you get a bottle of spirits each day of your stay. When I noticed my spirits was not replenished the next day I called the desk to be told it is a one time deal. Disappointing but the all-inclusive made that better."

"Resort needs updating. Everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. However, our curtains were not on track properly and very difficult to open/close. Food in the Samurai Restaurant and the Italian Restaurant was mediocre. We did find a good variety of offerings in the Buffet and chose to eat out on the patio for breakfast and dinner which was quiet and relaxing. The service in the buffet was good. Excellent desserts and omelettes too."

"This property is outstanding. No big crowds, lots of personal attention. Beach was very clean and not covered in seaweed. The property has a historic feel to it, very classic. Do not go here if you are looking for an ultra modern architecture experience. Nor should you go here if your looking for a party vibe. Very relaxing quiet redort with outstanding service. There is a butler waiting for you nearly everytime you leave your room! Restaurants are great too."
