"It's a small hotel, just 16 rooms, on a quiet street off a major road. I appreciated the quiet after the noise of the city. They make you remove your outside shoes as soon as you step inside and put them in small lockers by the door. They provide slippers for indoor use. The staff was very helpful and patient with our questions. The coffee in the room and in the lobby wasn't great but there are many good coffee shops nearby. The location is excellent with easy access to public transit as well...

"Breakfast was great and staff was wonderful! Excellent location. Beds (the mattresses) were on the floor so a travel companion had a difficult time getting up, basically off the floor. I would definitely stay here again. Bathroom was a little compact, but water pressure was wonderful. "

"좋았던 점 화장실, 샤워실이 1층, 2층에 각각 2개씩 위치해 있어, 여러명이 사용하기 편하였음. 내부에 세탁기가 있는데, 건조 기능까지 포함되어 있어 유용하였음. 1층에 에어컨 1대, 2층 침실에 에어컨이 2대 설치되어 있어 더운 여름에도 정말 시원하였음. 불편한 점 앞의 좁은 골목과 방음이 잘 되지 않음. 수건 리필과 청소 등의 서비스는 제공되지 않음. 주변 시설 닛포리역에서 도보로 20분. 우구이스다니역에서 도보로 10분 정도로 대중교통 타기에 정말 편한 위치였음. 바로 앞에 편의점과 라이프 슈퍼마켓이 있어 장보기에도 편리함. 기타 입실일 몇일 전에 메일을 통하여 체크인 링크가 전달 되었으며, 모든 절차가 무인으로 진행 되었음. 체크인을 완료하면 도어락 비밀번호를 알려줌. 방 안에서 문을 여는 버튼이 문 오른쪽 벽에 붙어있으니 주의 필요."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. A short walk to the Waseda subway stop, or the trolley, some decent restaurants near by. Appreciated the free shuttle service they provide when we left with our luggage travelling to Kyoto."
