"Staff were lovely, hotel and room were clean and amenities were great. There was a little bit of back and forth with housekeeping forgetting to leave towels one of the days, but all in all everybody was great and looked after us really well! Thank you. "
"Everything about this hotel was excellent. From the service to the facilities, my experience was perfect. However, I was disappointed by one specific policy: despite booking a Full Board package, I was still charged extra for soft drinks and tea during lunch and dinner.
Usually, "Full Board" implies that basic beverages are included with meals. I highly recommend the management review this policy, as paying for basic drinks feels out of place in such a high-quality establishment. Aside from this, it was a wonderful stay."
"Everything stood out really, from start to finish. Superb service, friendly staff, great food, clean, tidy, comfortable, it was just great. I would highly recommend, special should out to Akhil, serving drinks on the beach. Recommend booking club as loads included which saves money in the long term. Also you get free access to beach club Le Mar next door which is stunning!"
