"The whole hotel is a good place to take pictures. It's near to T21, ignore the comments about dark roads as I think is quite safe overall. There is a private beach that you can't swim in. The staff is really attentive and extra helpful. I even double booked my Jetski experience which the staff Khun Kwanchai actually refunded me after I return back to Malaysia. Extremely great experience which goes beyond, special shoutout to K. Kwanchai"

Only problem was that its location is on the bay. It gets very smelly and beach is very dirty.

"Wonderful beachfront property! Got a nice room with a beach view; unfortunately later needed to move rooms due to air conditioner issue. Ms. Ink at the front desk moved us to a better room! She was so nice and helpful and apologetic for the inconvenience and very accommodating. The nicer room was an added bonus! During the room change, I left a jacket behind, but the housekeeper found it and delivered it to our new room before I noticed it was missing. What fabulous customer service all around....
