The kitchen had everything we needed except silverware, which we could not locate - hard to eat without that. The hotel is located over a 7-11 convenience store. The hotel is 15 min ftom the airport & transportation to the airport was provided - wonderful! There are no restaurants in walking distance....

"Friendly and welcoming staff. The location is perfect for viewing the mayon volcano. The roof top was perfect if you want to relax at night to view the mayon. They have a hammock. For the price, it's a good place to relax after exploring nearby pattractions. Walking distance to Cagsawa ruins. The only discomfort is, it's not sound proof and since along the national highway, you'll hear the loud noise of cars passing by. But will come back again , given the chance."

"The bathroom gets flooded after taking a shower. Receptionist did not cooperate calling shuttle bus to the airport coz she has her own contact and she gets commission. Hotel should coordinste with shuttle pick up"
