"Overall it was a good experience. Excellent customer service. My only concern is the road going inside. For guests that has a car, it’s workable. With backpackers, you have to have a contact of someone to pick you up specially during rainy days. We had a friend that has a tricycle that can pick us up. "

The day I reserved the hotel I messaged the hotel a week in advance of my stay stating I would be requesting airport shuttle. Finally called the hotel to which the woman stated she didn’t get the message then changed her tune when I was upset and said we don’t have a driver. Finally arriving to our room 204 and the WiFi DOENT WORK...
