Just lack of English speaking staff

It’s so convenient to many selections of stores and restaurants including but not limited to high end departments store for clothing including many selections of overseas specialty stores. The room was clean and provided with FREE washing machine in the balcony and the staffs were very friendly and helpful in many ways including hailing a private car for my family with five large luggages and three people heading from Zhongshan to Foshan in Guangzhou. Many thanks to the staffs.

Excellent location

The hotel is very nice, especially for the price, and the staff is very friendly and helpful as well. Two of the staff, Miya and Nino, were there many times when I went to the desk. At one point, there was a problem with the room I booked, but they took care of it and made everything more than alright, so I was very satisfied and I ended up staying longer than I'd anticipated. For the price, you won't find a better hotel in Zhuhai. Thanks Miya and Nino!

The check-in process at this hotel was exceptionally friendly. Abby Wu and Chelsea Xu were incredibly helpful and provided me with valuable advice on nearby places to visit.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Very quiet, couldn't hear anyone in other rooms. The restaurants were good.
