"The hotel was very clean. The room was large and comfortable. But it was not a soundproof room like advertised. When guests or cleaning staff went in and out of the rooms the doors slamming actually shook the walls of our room. Very annoying because it happened constantly. The staff in the restaurant were all extremely nice. The food was excellent. The servings were so large after a few days we only ordered one meal and shared it. Breakfast buffet was excellent. The front desk staff were at times nice and helpful, other times not. Unless you want to walk stairs, you have to go outside, walk across the courtyard, enter another building, then use the elevator to go to your room. The outside areas are lovely except for every outside area allowed smoking. The transfer to the airport was great."

"What really stood out were the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, the great food at the cafeteria, and the comfort of the rooms. The rooms are quite large, the A/C was working perfectly well (at 40 degrees Celsius outside - one of the hottest days ever) and without any noise. Great place to stay!"

"Wow this place is a hidden gem at south side of Budapest. It’s not far from the city center and very tacked into a quiet cozy neighborhood. Wish we could stay few more nights because it’s very comfortable and amenities are amazing like hotel. We would love to stay at this place if we come back to Hungary."
