Good

Upon arriving my wife explained that we had a taxi that refused to use the meter and charged almost 4 times the usual fare. Having taken a picture of the side and license plate of the cab the concierge immediately called the cab company and the authorities on our behalf. After extensive discussion the entire fare was refunded later that day. Enquiries at the concierge desk were always handled with professionalism and friendliness not always found from concierges. If in Beijing again we would...

We were warmly greeted on arrival. The property is beautiful and clean and all the staff were gracious hosts. The hotel is located in a hutong so not able to get dropped off or picked up in front of the property but only a short walk to the cross street. The complimentary breakfast had many hold and cold options and had staple Beijing breakfast items. They served afternoon tea but did not partake in that. They brought fresh coffee and tea to our room whenever we requested. The location is a busy...

An excellent hotel in Beijing! The concierge team was outstanding, going above and beyond to secure entrance tickets to various sights of interest for us, which can be tricky for foreigners to do on their own. They were also super helpful in booking taxis, making our transportation hassle-free. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, offering a large selection of both Chinese and Western items. The staff were incredibly helpful, taking the time to explain the different foods and how to enjoy...

This hotel is definitely in a strange location. Not only is in a small lane (like a hutong sized lane), the road to the lane has a "no hired car" sign, so some paranoid taxi and DiDI drivers did not want to drive down the street. We walked most of the time to the next street ("XiaoWei Hutong"?) to get our DiDi. I read somewhere else that this is a great hotel of domestic Chinese travelers, and I have to agree. It's not winning any awards for modern design or new amenities. But it is...

This place is in a very convenient location.

Rosewood Beijing once again proved itself as my current best hotel option in the City. Having stayed at around 30 hotels in Beijing, this is the winner. Location is extraordinarily important in Beijing and this is perfectly central regardless of what you’re in town for. The rooms are phenomenal, food and service is good and Red Bowl is a mighty fine hotpot restaurant connected to the hotel which is well worth an evening’s commitment. The epic swimming pool is among the nicest in China and should...

My stay was good. I would like to give a special thanks to the staff Wu Yan who work as a room cleaner on the 19th floor. During my stay in room 1934, she was very kind, responsive and helpful.

Took my first abroad business trip and was concerned about language barrier. No issue. Everyone at the hotel spoke good English. All employees of this hotel were so friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Definitely stay here when I come back.

Although Holiday Inn Deshengmen was pricier than the other hotel in my trip, it was beautiful, clean, spacious and relaxing room. The above-head over sized shower was fantastic, and large vanity space in the bathroom had enough space for two people to get ready for a formal evening! The tasteful decor, crisp linens and fluffy towels were welcoming after a long flight and program. The room had comfortable bed/pillows, pleasing seating, desk space, ample storage and bathroom space. The closet...

Overall, we had a great experience at the Sunworld Dynasty Hotel. We book Executive level rooms with the breakfast. Upon arrival we found out that Executive level rooms are allowed to have breakfast at the main hotel dining facility with a large breakfast buffet or at the Executive lounge. The executive lounge was a much smaller selection for breakfast but was a quite setting with a little more personal attention. We also found that the Executive level rooms also have access to a free...

Stayed in Beijing three days after the end of a SE Asian cruise. Hotel staff were professional, courteous, and fluent in English. Buffet breakfast was included with vast selection of both western and Asian food. The hotel was new, very modern (beautiful), but we noticed few spots and things that were not cleaned to the same standards to which we are accustomed. This could Just be how it is in China. Nevertheless we had a great stay, would recommend this hotel to others, and would stay there...

Overall pretty good, the surrounding area is quite, but there are heavy traffic in the area.

Very convenient hotel near shopping and forbidden city. Restaurants, coffee shops. Great value for your money. A little outdated but clean and spacious

Nice hotel

The location of the hotel is excellent. We had a fantastic view out our window. Subway station was right out in front of the hotel. The room was extremely comfortable. Wonderful tub and lovely decor. We purchased the buffet breakfast, and it was outstanding. Many choices as well as western choices. Delicious. Also, a great cappuccino machine. We were so happy we chose this hotel. It was wonderful!
