"There are 2 main staff, the night shift staff was so rude snd not cooperating. The safe did not work in 3 rooms so we gad to carry our valuables all the time everywhere. The cleaning is a big issue, they do not change sheets till you ask for it. The floor is dirty and the buffet area smells bad all the time. The staff were very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The free breakfast was expansive with beautiful views of Old City and the Flame Towers. Nizami Street, Flame Towers, Old City, Caspian Sea, Malls, Train, Taxi’s were all within close walking distance, making the hotel location ideal. A shuttle (taxi) was provided to/from the airport for 25 manat each way. The shuttle driver was already waiting for us at the airport with our name on display for us to easily find him. To be fair, I didnt expect much but it was a very very very good stays. One of the best I had for a business trip. The reception allowed me to do an early check in, Elvira has been fantastic bringing me lots of water everyday. The location is decent. Everyone was super friendly and the price quality ratio was super super good. Recommended and will come again.
Stayed here on our first ever night in Baku. The room was great. Everything was spotless and clean. The staff was the highlight though.... Very friendly, professional and courteous. Made our stay very enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Baku.
What a wonderful staff at the Mildom Hotel. Friendly and super helpful. The rooms are comfortable and quiet. Only a few blocks walk from shopping, restaurants and all conveniences. We enjoyed our two day stay very much.
