"Not at nice as the pictures. Main entrance ok and nicely designed. Lobby furniture in poor condition. Carpeting on rooms are very dirty. It’s the Caribbean, but should not have dirty feet having walked crossed it. Although ok, with great view of ocean, it needs some tlc. Overall still a nice place, but can be better yet. "

"Front desk staff were incredibly helpful answering questions and referring places to go, and were able to check me in early. Breakfast offered many options like eggs, potatoes, bagels, cereal, yogurt.... and seating is plentiful. My room was modern with laminate floors, mini fridge, microwave and a super comfy bed and large tv. Walk to beach is about a block.... super close! My room did have a view of the ocean despite a couple buildings in between."

"Great location, situated in Old San Juan. Walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the Old Fort (Nat'l Monument). "

"Check in set up is different, had to go to the second floor. Staff were super nice, everyone in Puerto Rico is so nice. Rooms were clean. The only thing weird was, no top sheet. Just a little blanket. "

"Breakfast menu was my favorite great hotel, although i believe this hotel does a lot of conferences which im not To into that, makes you feel like you have to be on your best look etc. also not sure if this is every room but the shower curtain was so small and short all the water was getting out i did not like that at all. So my nephew fell asleep with a lot of sand in his hair and we forgot to dust off the bed the next morning, but so did house keeping because they made the bed but left all the sand that wasn’t cool.also the pool area can use more chairs! But overall the hotel is great the stay was great. "

"Absolutely loved this place. Yes, it’s dated. But it had everything i needed to make my quick getaway enjoyable. A special thank you to Louis at the pool side bar. He was incredible. So attentive and thoughtful. 10/10 service from him. Pools. Jacuzzi. Beach. Everything in walking distance. Not much else you could ask for. Also, thank you to Melany, Angel and Andres for the daily text check ins and quick fixes when needed. Definitely returning. "

"Staff was friendly and desk staff did what they could to get room ready. The bath sink leaked and there is no exhaust fan. We couldn’t use all of our rewards each day because of the way they were set up. Overall it was nice. However, there should be a better informal kitchen that includes more choices like fresh fruit and cereal as well as coffee and danish"
