We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel is basically new, and really beautiful. The staff were the NICEST people, and really went out of their way to help us out. The room was really comfortable, and we really loved the rooftop area; beautiful views! The area is very local with not too many services nearby, but they have 3 brand new bikes you can use for free! Overall we would highly reccomend!
1. I have the corner room which was very hot in the afternoon. So next time I should choose the other room.
2. Housekeeping staff was not come and clean my room until afternoon. A bit disappoint when you come back and would like to lay down to relax but cannot.

Hotel Duo Swan was absolutely perfect. It’s a great location. The hotel is nice, great rooms, at a way better price than Ibis or Apex. You get to choose your complimentary breakfast every morning. But the best part is the staff. They will help you with anything you need. They helped me top up my local SIM card. They allowed me to park a bike rental in their garage. The hotel staff were excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff were helpful when we asked for information about siteseeing activities and with help arranging a boat to Bagan, taxi to Pyin Oo Lwin, and other activities. $50 with breakfast and a rooftop infinity pool? That’s enough to give it a try. But the staff’s friendliness and accommodation to little requests (finding a plaster when our daughter scraped her knee, sending someone to buy top up for our mobile phone, etc) made it the kind of place we would come back to.
That roof top pool is inexplicably cold, however. Be warned.
