But the rooms are very close to the bar and the music is TOO LOUDand NOISY, they have all day happy hour, and the party finishes around 11.30 pm everyday,so if you want to take a rest, this hotel is the worse place ever. "We loved our stay. The crashing waves are very loud but you know that from listing. It was big and clean. Beds were comfortable andtheir was an ensuite bath.
Great views and aircon if needed although great cross breeze through windows.
Deck was great with some nice furniture but the slatted wooden handrail really cut down your view which was a shame. Villa 2 has this glass rail. Request it. Driveway access a little tricky. Overall a very nice time."

"I booked for Tia Kautai Studio but got told at check-in the unit we booked had a tenant occupyinh for another week. It wasn't available for us and even staff don't understand how that happened. We just needed a place to crash for the day before departure flight. Still happy they managed to find us a subsitute @ Kikii Inn suites which is reasonably clean and fits our family needs. We had a restful time before the night flights. Thanks"

"A lovely quiet resort on the lagoon. Pool is away from the beach which makes it perfect when the wind is up in the lagoon. Small pool, quiet resort. Good for small families with older, quiet kids and/or couples. No restaurant but options nearby. Bar is open weather permitting. Staff friendly and very helpful. Our flight was cancelled and they gave us a late check out and helped us to find alternate accomodation as the Island was almost full."
