"We really enjoyed our stay here during our Ring Road tour. Our room was huge, clean and modern. Staff were friendly, the breakfast was decent. Höfn is a cute little town with a lovely walking trail all along the ocean. The Milk Factory is within a twenty minute walk to restaurants, a grocery store, a great local arts and crafts shop. Not too far from some great sights in southern Iceland (only 25 minutes away from the Vatnajokul snowmobile adventure)!! Highly recommend this hotel!!"

"My husband and I enjoyed our 1-night stay there. The bed was comfortable and we could see the glaciers in the distance. It is an older but nicely renovated hotel. The bed was one of the best during our travels. The buffet breakfast is excellent. The service staff during breakfast were kind and helpful."

"Stayed here for one night as part of our Ring Road trip and it was perfect for that. Place was clean, located close to city activities. Parking was fine, was a little worried about the place being so small but it actually made it better vs the bigger more room guest houses which just leads to more people in common areas and hallways. This place was quiet and perfect for our family. Thank you."

"Excellent host. We arrived late and did not have a chance to shop or have dinner on our long trip. The host was so kind to offer us pasta for dinner and eggs for breakfast at no charge. The location was at least 30 minutes away from the nearest town. Beautiful serene area."

"The bedroom was clean with fresh linens and towels. The shared bathroom and kitchen were also very clean. I appreciated the free coffee in the kitchen. While there did not appear to be staff onsite during our short visit, guest services were friendly and quick to respond to my questions by text. I note that there are only 3 single person bath/ shower rooms for the entire guesthouse which wasn’t a problem for our group but may be for some. There were two hot plates in the kitchen but only one sink. Overall we had a nice stay at the guesthouse which is very conveniently located."

"Beautiful location, upgraded rooms, fantastic breakfast - in particular, the staff were wonderful maintaining and managing the guests during it; great selection of food including fresh fruit and breads. Wonderful sitting area with spectacular views. Walking distance to the best restaurants."
