"Everything fine as always. It’s small hotel with good service and kind staff. The staff can not much English but enough to fix any problem. Beds are softer in older 3-bedroom than premium room but ok! Bathroom has problems with water on the floor cause no curtain. The breakfast is Thai style faith salad buffet and rice soup and toast with jam. You can also have fried egg or omelette and some sausage. The breakfast have been better before (we have stayed many times). Coffe is instant coffe....

"It’s far from Pattaya City, if that’s where you are planning to spend a lot of time. There is a mosquito and ant problem in the suites. Someone charged their meal to my room. I had to dispute with the front desk, the person tried to forge my signature but spelled my name wrong smh. "

"The resort staff very kind very helpful with service minded excellent service, The environment nice the room are clean and spacious's we will be back for sure. The location is also easy to find just follow the GPS many restaurants nearby have a nice coffee shop as well with walking distance, good value for money the owner very kind we ask for extra bed with no charge. "Staffs are fantastic, friendly and very helpful. Room is very nice, clean and comfortables bed. Swimming pool and area around swimming pool need TLC and there is no bicycles available at the time of our stay as they are all need fixing according to their staffs. We were staying there from 11-14 July 2025"

"It is not the first time we have visited this hotel, we have been looking forward to coming back because it is not only suitable for families with children, but also for couples who want to have a quiet and romantic place to be. Cleanliness, courtesy, good atmosphere are just some of the positive things here. The beach is clean and free of trash, which is a rarity down the coast. The park area is lovely. "This hotel is a real gem next to the busy Sukhumvit Road. The noise of the highway does not carry over to the hotel and it is wonderfully peaceful there. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was 5/5, it was really nice to stay there during the day and the evening. Staff and the hotel owner were really helpful and nice. I warmly recommend to stay here!"
