"We reserved a balcony view room for a mother-daughter trip and were surprised that the hotel and location exceed our expectations! We felt safe throughout our trio and the hotel is conveniently located in the center. The hotel has beautiful wooden panels attached to the balcony windows and we used them at night…they worked wonders in blocking off the city noise. 5 stars for our experience at this hotel!!"

"The room was top notch well designed and decorated. It was also immaculately clean. No dust in visible areas, or even in out of sight nooks. I was also impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of all the hotel staff. The only issue I had was the lack of hot water pressure on the first night, but it was corrected after I brought up to the staff the next morning."
