After a month in NZ, this was probably the nicest place we’ve stayed. It felt like we were visiting a friend’s home, instead of staying in a hotel.
Sitting room cozy, kitchen modern, fully equipped and clean. Hosts very friendly.

Exactly as shown in the photos. Clean and spacious. I loved the balcony for morning coffee and for evening dinners. We had an amazing view from the 10th floor. I loved the big kitchen. Two grocery stores and the beach very close by. We had the One plus one apartment.
This is a gem of a hotel. The rooms are as described. Basic but very comfortable and well located in a nice part of town. The attached restaurant is excellent, charming and reasonably priced. From the outset, it is obvious that the staff work as a team and go beyond in making one’s stay or visit to the restaurant really pleasant. Will definitely stay again.

The best I ever had in New Zealand! Since I came here, everyday is just new and different. There is so much activities to do out here. Very quiet too. 3mins walk to the Warkworth city Centre. Best location ever and it is about 45mins to the Auckland central (10am-2pm and sometimes later in the day). You have to come here and see things for yourself..I promise you, you will love it here. Just stayed one night. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Accommodations were comfortable, clean and well maintained. Lovely to sit on the patio and look out at the fairway.
I absolutely loved this property it had the right amount of busy but calm/quiet charm in a safe suburb at the right times. Staff both front desk and back house excellent service provided. As a single female traveling alone as a lot of us are doing these days the parking arrangements are safe, simple and easy. The safety of this property for me was above reproach and I’ve travelled quite extensively during my time on active duty. I greatly recommend getting a garden view room and highly regard...
I arrived after hours and the key retrieval was easy. During the stay the room was cleaned very well and the staff was always friendly and accomdating.
