Comodidad, buen y variado desayuno , aunque en ocasiones eran lentos en reponer los platos que quedaban vacíos en el mostrador de los clientes. Buena piscina, aunque a partir de las 17 h no pudimos usarla porque al parec r coincidía con las fiestas del Festival Agua - Bom ok Touk - y estaba reservada a clientes.

La verdad es que cada dia el servicio y la atención es mejor. En recepción me atendió chica muy simpatica LAURA, que me contesto y ayudo en todo, y la verdad que esta chica vale su peso en oro. Lo mejor del hotel

The hotel is right next to the airport, they came to pick us up with the free shuttle. The girls at the reception, the boy and the driver that came to pick us up from the airport, the boy that took us and our luggage to the room and one girl and the breakfast were so kind and friendly, I can't not say the same about the men that seemed to control what the staff was doing. But maybe I am wrong. The room was huge, new and very clean. With lots of amenities. There were no noises from the planes....
