"Terrible experience. My bathroom commode was clogged when I reached my room. I had to call house keeping to get it cleaned but it was dysfunctional and the waste kept coming back every one hour. I kept asking them to change my room but they took no actions for 3 days of my stay and I had to live in that horrible experience. The shower was broken, rooms were smelling like rotten egg."

"Floor was not cleaned properly, bathroom door broken, no housekeeping every day, outside food not allowed, 1 towel allowed per room even 2 or 3 person, when booked mentioned free complementary breakfast but denied to serve complementary breakfast, bedsheet not replaced with new one, seems darty used one with lot of dust and dart, can't sleep whole night because of noice coming for road rooms are not sound proof. Not suggested try something else other than this"

"Staff was courteous. Room was clean, though the bathroom could have used some deeper cleaner to rid it of the odor of urine. Bed was comfortable. Food I ordered from the in room dining room was very good and came in large portions. This hotel was good for my needs-a place to rest for a few hours prior to taking off that is close to the airport. "
