We just completed our second stay at Hartley House. Morning breakfasts and evening teas are a wonderful start and finish to the day. Kate is one of a kind. Much recommended.
We stayed here for one night after a wedding at the Landmark Hotel and it was perfect. The location couldn’t be more convenient—just a 4-minute walk to the venue. The apartment is spacious and could easily fit 6 people, making it a great option compared to the overpriced hotels nearby. Highly recommend for comfort and value!
There was a little confusion at check in about which rooms we had been assigned, but it was resolved quickly.
The restaurant was not open for dinner on the night that we stayed at Clancy’s, but it was only a few km to find a place to eat.
The rooms were very quiet and everything worked well.
Breakfast was included and we requested to have it at 7:30. They were not able to accommodate that, but made it for 8:00 and it was excellent.
This is a lovely place! And the hosts are fabulous. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfortable, and the entire property was clean and extremely well maintained. We would stay here again without a doubt!
Lovely quiet location with beautiful views across the lake. Friendly welcome, fresh-smelling sheets, spotless bathroom and varied breakfast - fresh fruit and yoghurt, nuts, cereal toast and tea and a full Irish breakfast if you wish.

Charlotte and Sean provided us with a great start to our trip to visit family throughout the West of Ireland. They were very welcoming and their B&B was a perfect location just outside of Carrick town center. Our room was warm and cozy. We also really enjoyed our breakfast each morning.
We'll be back next year!
