The courtesy of the staff from the minute is arrive till you leave, the efficient & the constant care makes your stay unforgettable. The breakfst is absolutely awesome- every kind of bread, eggs made any way you like the endless buffet of Cambodian food, good coffee, high quality fruits & a variety so it is not the same everyday & also pastries. Even the bread pudding is wonderful. Loved it!!!

I adored our stay at Metta Residence. The staff were amazing from start to finish. It is a special place that you won't want to leave. This was our first hotel in Cambodia and it set the bar ridiculously high for the remaining hotels on our trip. I have travelled the world and the kindness and level of service of the staff is the best I have ever encountered.

We visited Siem Eeap for 6 days and we stayed at Pavillion d' Orient hotel. Our kids 3 and 7 year old did not want to leave Cambodia, from the moment we check in a warmth welcome with guide book, juice chocolate cake for the kids. Besides complimentary wine. Every day we also had complimentary juicy fruits. Also complimentary massage for both of us.

Staying here made everything so convenient. The hotel is centrally located, just a short walk to Pub Street and other major attractions. I loved being able to explore the area on foot and return to such a great base. The location is truly one of the best features of this hotel!
Wonderful hotel in the best location in Siem Reap. Everything about it was perfect: comfortable, clean, quiet room, modern amenities, wonderful breakfast (bar ala carte), gorgeous salt water infinity pool on a rooftop terrace. Friendly staff. We upgraded our room to junior suite and really enjoyed how spacious and comfortable it was. Good restaurant for lunch and dinner with good vegetarian options.
