Hotels in Blue Ridge

"The kitchen had a large stove but zero cookware, no plates not even one fork. The staffs were totaly non rude, unplaisant and definitely non accomodating. It was as if we were disturbing them by being there. A very unpleasant experience. At that price point, we had other hotel option, but i regret staying there. I will not recommend that hotel to anyone who is intending to have a nice stay. Very bad experience. "

"Clean hotel. Staff friendly and attentive. The hotel was old and had a lot of charm and character, but some updates were needed. New carpets and softer bedding would have been nice. Pillows and hot water were great. "

"Everything was good. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was well stocked and tasty. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The only "negative" was hearing the cars from the highway nearby, but it wasn't that bad. It was a convenient location, safe and kept up well. "

"It’s was clean, beds had stains on them. The water don’t get hot. And it stunk like weed. Wouldn’t recommend. "

"The property and staff were excellent. However, whoever was on the floor above us we heard them running back and forth at midnight and again before 7am. Very unfortunate. "

"Usually bottled water is free and we were surprised to find out that there was a charge for it. We were given a couple bottles complimentary when we checked in but they tried to charge us for any others. Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping was hit and Miss. one day they called us saying “the maid is outside your room we want to clean” and another day we returned after 6 to a room that hadn’t been made up. If you stay here over the weekend be advised they don’t offer housekeeping on weekends. Breakfast was ok, about what you’d expect. Lastly I used the fitness center while I was here and the two of the exercise machines were out of order. I wouldn’t mind staying here again but with so many minor issues I might look around for other options. "

"Zack was both friendly and very professional. He made sure that all of our requests were taken care of thank you Zack for everything. Checking in and out were taken care of without us having to wait for a long period of time. To the entire front office staff thanks again job well done."

"Horrible hotel!!! Ratings should be much worse than what is listed. Do not stay here. Our room had bedbugs that came out at night. Comforter was stained. Sheets were dirty. Extremely rude staff!! Please avoid!!!"
