What a wonderful hotel. The staff is terrific. Location perfect. Room was great. And the breakfast was a nice way to start the day. I'd be happy to stay there again.

Great location with a lot of bars and restaurants around including local tango schools. The room are nicely don and very comfortable. They key 5 star difference is all about service. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and this one provided the best service ever from arranging airport and ferry transfers, reservations, tickets to local events, wake up calls and preparing to go breakfasts when we left before breakfast was served. On a pleasant quiet side street but just a few blocks away from Santa Fe street made our stay very pleasant the staff was courteous and helpful. And being small we didn’t have to waste time walking thru large lobbies. With only a few rooms per floor there were no long hallways.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for several nights. The hotel staff are extremely helpful and they are bilingual (spanish and english). They were also able to exchange our money for ARG pesos. The staff welcomed our group of 6 and escorted each of us to our suites and rooms. The ladies made sure the AC was working properly, informed us about the lights, and showed us the hospitality living room complete with snacks each afternoon. Excellent location and very comfortable. Enjoyed visiting with OAT travelers. The one suggestion I have is for them to employe someone to provide information about the city and especially tourist attractions. We were given some poor, inconsiderate kinds of information that made our stay inefficient and sometimes frustrating

Wnen I booked this place, i did so because there was a gym, pool, and massage available. I pictured my self getting massages and lounging by the pool. Unfortunately we took granddaughters age 18-22 and were running constantly. There are so mant places close by to see, restaurants that are fantastic, and all walking distance or short taxi ride. Love smaller boutique hotels. Although on a pedestrian street, able to be dropped off close by. Staff was great, especially the owner/manager. Also thumbs up to Diego, helped us with dinner RSVP's and cabs.

Really nice stay here. Top floors have balconies and I really enjoyed the view from up top. Quality rooms with fans and AC and an excellent, simple breakfast. Staff was really helpful with everything and made me feel like I was at home.

The place was very good and very reasonably priced. On both nights of the weekend, they had a party going on with loud music playing until after 3:00am which could be heard in the rooms. If noise and bass vibrations bother you, I would avoid them on the weekends or bring ear plugs with you.

Friendly helpful multilingual staff -- they will call you a taxi that arrives in 5 minutes--and will look up the fare for the distance for you in advance! 5 star service and quality at significantly lower prices. We had a lot of special requests and al were handled, politely, promptly and correctly. The staff is as well trained as at hotels charging 2 or 3 X .. Especially big shout out to both Melanie and Alejandra ,at the front desk are outstanding!!
