"You should have room freshened up at least every 5 days. I stayed 21 days. Price was right. REALLY missed having a refrigerator though. Air con worked great. Avoid 8am, 12pm and 5 pm if you want to go somewhere in a taxi. Girls at front desk are friendly and eager to help."

"When I am in Cebu, i ALWAYS stay at Elegant Circle. Cannot beat the location. Only a short walk away to any 5 or 6 public transport lines. Shjops and eateries only a few steps away. Robinson's Mall, less than 5 minutes. Taxis are always available, day or night. Quiet , surprising as its right across multi-lane roundabout that is the Fuente Osmeña. Major government offices are also up and down the avenue. Lots and plots of plus'es. "

"The pictures were totally different than the actual condo. The electric kettle handle was broken and I had to hold with a towel to pour hot water. It looks like they started to update but didn't continue. The condo we are in now (same building) is MUCH better for the same price."
