This is one of the best cabana we stayed in. The location is great, friendly staff, excellent Guatape view, excellent amenities, and delicious breakfast. The property is clean, well maintained, safe and peaceful. You would at least want to stay here for 2 nights. We stayed for 1 night and it wasn’t enough. We didn’t wanted to leave. I highly recommend staying at this place. Sotavento was highlight of our trip in Colombia.
We loved this hotel. The staff is lovely, the view is beautiful. Giant windows, lots of sunlight and fresh air. The breakfast was delicious. We had such a relaxing stay.
Overall, I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area. It’s a wonderful balance of comfort, convenience, and great hosting. A great choice for both short trips and longer stays.

I have traveled a lot. This was one of the coolest places I have ever stayed. Jota (Jay) and his wife, Monica were the best hosts ever!! The property is amazing! Monica cooked a traditional breakfast from scratch! They helped with transportation and helped me practice my Spanish!! I highly recommend this place especially if you are a Lord of the Rings fan!! I will 100% be back here!!!
