Great property in Kathmandu, but better than that were all the staff! Front desk staff Amir and Shristy were truly amazing and helpful and kind. Hospitality at this hotel was way above standard in my humble opinion. The rooftop pool was great and somewhat private, although just a bit on the cool side. Enjoyed the variety in the breakfast buffet as well. A very hearty "dhanyabad" to Mercure Kathmandu!
It was a very convenient location for exploring. I was able to visit ost places on foot. The room was bery compfy and absolutely quiet, despite being on a main road. All the staff were efficient and polite. The breakfast was also very good.

Staff here are top notch! So welcoming helpful and ready to make your stay the absolute best it can be. Gym was great to help me train for my trek. Pool was beautiful. They go above and beyond in every aspect of a hotel and restaurant they are always there to help in any way they can.The rooms are very nice and clean with all the modern conveniences.
