"Clean, modern room - challenging light switch locations. No room cleaning after overnight stays...major fault. Decent location. Generally comfortable room. Staff clearly in the early stages of experience and training. Failed to make a booked airport pick-up on arrival - making getting to the property very inconvenient and time consuming. This seems to be more the fault of the Expedia "property messaging" function, which glaringly shows AI at its worst, where none of the "check this box" or "click this button" options are relevant to one's situation. How about an option to communicate with an actual human being? Too much to ask?"
