"The location is very closed to Hongik University Station Exit 4. The area is very quiet but I cut my visit short as I was looking for a more brighter room and more space. I needed something that made me feel more comfortable.

"The staff was very helpful ! As well pet friendly, my dog loved the friendly pet oriented neighborhood. There was also a park near by where you could walk your pet ! I reccomend booking with them if you’re attracted to the Hongdae area. I would be careful though about the blinds since there really aren’t shower curtains on the top floor. It was spacious for one person so I do reccomend having a friend so it doesn’t get lonely.

Conviently close to the train station (7min walk) and a very lively area with lots of food options, yet it is off the main street so it's quiet. Place was clean and staff were very friendly and accomodating. Free laundry services is a plus. If you're looking for a place to crash while you enjoy the city during the day, this is a great spot. Direct train to the airport but on the circle line with easy access to the city.
The staff, the room cleanliness, the value were all perfect. I would definitely come back. Just one con was the room size so if you have more than 2 luggage, it may be difficult to organize your luggage in the room.

We have stayed in long-term accommodations near Yeouido and Gangnam multiple times, but this is the first time we’ve experienced such an exceptional combination of friendliness, convenience, and comprehensive facilities. While the nearby Conrad Hotel offers similar conditions, we were dissatisfied with their service and would instead recommend the Fairmont Hotel to others.
Hotel was easy to get to by airport bus. Only about 8min walk from both pickup/drop off airport bus location. Close to two different train stations and close to two major neighborhoods. Easy and about 30 minute walk to Gyeongbokgung, King Sejong Statue, and Deoksugung palace. Staff were nice and helpful, especially with transportation questions.

The property was great. Staff was wonderful. The breakfast had a good mixture of korean and american food. The only thing i didnt like was it said it was near seoul Station but was at saemundae station and was mutliple subway transfers away.
The check-in staff was unattentive, not very hospitable and didn’t give us much information, just answered our questions. We asked for city view room, but our room was facing a back alley of a building.
Other than that, our stay was amazing. Our room was super clean, beds were very comfy, the cleaning ladies and staffs during breakfast were very friendly & attentive. The location was great too. Walking distance to many places.
The check-in process was seamless. The staff who checked me in was Mason. He spoke English very well. Initially, I checked in with two suitcases due to a continuing travel to a different country in a few days. We love staying here. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Myeongdong Station is just a few steps away. Plenty of cafes, restaurants and convenience stores close by. Highly recommended.
