"J'ai réservé une chambre dans cet hôtel la veille de mon arrivée. Une fois sur place le lendemain, il n'y a pas de réception, l'immeuble est affreux. Lorsque je tente de contacter le propriétaire, celui-ci me répond qu'il n'y a plus de place, alors que ma réservation a été confirmée la veille. Je remercie cependant Hotels.com qui a su être à l'écoute, réactif et procéder au remboursement. L'agent qui m'a pris en charge a été efficace."
"We had booked this last minute. They are very friendly and the staff are amazing. My room was perfect. It accommodated my family well. Had two rooms connected so no need for two separate rooms to be booked. 100% go again if im in the area"
"The hotel is conveniently located just a short shuttle ride from the airport, making it a good option for an overnight stay or a transit stop. The rooms are clean and quiet, and the staff is friendly and helpful."
"The people working at this hotel are incredibly friendly and helpful, it's the first hotel I've stayed in that I'd give 10 stars if I could. Everything is spotless and lovely, and the location is excellent."
"Modern property 15 minutes from the Istanbul airport. Friendly staff with good recommendations. Convenient and economic transportation back to the airport in the very early hours!"

Halic Congress Center is worth a pic or two when discovering Beyoğlu. Hotels.com travelers also like the cathedral, museums, and monuments in the area.
When I booked this hotel I never thought that his hotel would be truly a luxurious haven in the heart of the Beyoglu distritct, near to most attractions. The rooms apart from spacious are tastefully decorated and contain every possible item a traveler could need. The top floor where breakfast and dinner is served provides extraordinary views of the bosforus, the horn and Topaki Palace. Also, the staff are very helpful. I hope to return soon.
The Celine is a very nice hotel tucked into a small street not far from Hagia Sophia and the Blue Mosque. The staff was helpful. The breakfast was awesome (cold cuts/bread at hand, and hot food such as omelettes and pancakes made to order). The breakfast servers were especially friendly and professional. We enjoyed seeing them each morning as we got our day started. Our room on the 4th floor had a great view all the way to the water. Wifi worked well. Bed was comfortable. Room was...
This small hotel is a true gem! It is a short two-block walk to Sultanahmet Square where you will find the Hagia Sofia, the Blue Mosque, and the Basilica Cistern. There is also a station there for Tram 1, which you can take to explore the city. The staff is wonderful-friendly, helpful, and pleasant.
Rooms and beds are new, and very comfortable. Staff exceedingly friendly and helpful. This is an excellent place to stay near Sultanamet if you want a more luxurious accomodations.
Özen (Ozzie -the night concierge) was the best concierge I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The first night we had a problem with the room, not only did he fix it quickly, but provided us several options and made sure to check on us everytime he saw us and sent some Turkish Delight to our room. I have never met a more genuine and caring person.
Housekeeping was lovely and efficient!
Breakfast was amazing, hats off to the restaurateur/manager, lovely gentleman, very committed to...
Istanbul is a great city and you can't find a better location than hotel Sultania. All the main attractions (topkapi palace, hagia sophia, basilic cistern, blu mosque, Egyptian bazaar) are within walking distance, the longest we walked was to the grand bazaar which was about 1 km. However, the tram is right around the corner if you don't like to walk, and is very frequent. Even the ferries to galata and the Asian side are walking distance.
The hotel and the hotel staff are extraordinary. They...
This is going to sound like I'm being paid to write this but I assure you I'm the one who paid.
The hotel is a 4 minute walk to the Hagia Sophia & Blue Mosque & a 5 minute walk to the tram. Every employee there gets a 10/10 for helpfulness, politeness, & on being accommodating.
They helped me book tours, called taxis for me & gave me tips on how to navigate the city - who to speak to, who to stay away from, how much I should expect to pay for certain goods & services so I don't get...
We found Union Port Hotel perfect for our needs. We arrived Istanbul a day before boarding our cruise ship. This hotel is located walking distance to cruise port though recommend a cab as it would be difficult to pull luggage even the relatively short distance. Union Port is a small boutique hotel (and coffee shop) with an exceptionally friendly staff. We requested that they organize transportation from Istanbul airport to hotel for 4 persons and lots of luggage. No problem. Our flight was...

Ajwa Sultanahmet is a stunning jewel hidden from plain view. Its very aesthetically done up inside and is in a great location if you want to explore the old city in Istanbul Great breakfast to get you started and a fantastic hotel overall. We travel quite a bit and this was one of the best places we've stayed in. Highly recommended
