Amazing staff and special appreciation for Gizem hanim and Oguzhan at Reception for attentiveness and great customer service. Recognizing them as well as Serdar bey (luggage services and everything else for our guest needs ) and Yunus bey (breakfast/dining) as well as Burak bey supervisor for special attention and guest pleasing actions. It is always a pleasure to stay at this hotel....

"I arrived at 1 am, and was greeted by a friendly and efficient receptionist. Great views from my balcony. Super clean and everything worked well. I got 1 pm checkout on request. There are good restautants nearby. Taxi was around 10 euros from the airport. The metro does not operate after midnight. Metro is 2.2 km away, it is possible to walk. The price is less than 1 usd to Gayreteppe, the last station."

"Helpful staff. I was able to check into my flight early due to their assistance and check my bags early. Room was ready when I arrived. I was able to sleep, shower, watch TV and relax. Breakfast inside the hotel is excellent - the hotel restaurant/bar overall is very good. In general the staff is helpful, smart and quick to problem solve. It's pricey but I'd stay here again when I have a long layover."
