This was a very relaxing hotel that was close to everything in town. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations for our first family vacation to Germany.

The Erbprinz has very comfortable rooms and a very nice restaurant. The downside was that they have a smoking lounge at the front of the hotel and in the winter the smoke from there is blown all the way to the back of the hotel and up the tower. So at night my room on the fifth floor of the tower started to smell like smoke and I had to open the windows to deal with the smell. The front desk said that they have other rooms in a different section of the hotel that didn't have this problem.

The room was clean but I paid for double bed and I had single At reception the lady don't want to speak in English and all the time was grumpy Parking was ok. I found one place all the time

This beautiful little hotel is a great place to stay when in the Black Forest of Germany. The hotel is an older building which makes it even more comfortable with a rustic feel. The rooms are on the smaller side, but much like hotels in Europe. The rooms are air conditioned and very clean. No fear, looking up a long staircase should not make you worry as there is an elevator to get you up to your room. The staff is really helpful and the morning breakfast is very nice. Hands down the best spa spring resort hotel ever! I will return and miss it already.

Convenient to the Bahnhof, quiet, and comfortable!

Very clean and staff helpful. After my first night I was not able to adjust the air conditioning and my son had the same problem.

Located in an adorable small village surrounded by grape vines. Ample hiking opportunity out the back door. Freshly refurbished with simple but tasteful elements. Staff aims to please and presents you with a goodie basket after check in.

Not too far of a walk from the important sites. Good breakfast offered and staff very friendly and helpful. Very limited parking and there were a lot of noisy guests, but not the hotel's fault.

Most excellent location, has underground parking, adjacent to Casino and walking to shopping, dining and thermal spa. We booked our stay last minute as usual, but got a great room with view of city. Breakfast buffet was on point, good choices. Royal Spa use is free, fee for other treatments.

The decor and ambiance comes right out of the book, and the dining is beyond compare. I particularly loved the included breakfast buffet - inviting you to make yourself gourmet sandwiches to take for later in the day as you enjoy the town.
