Overall amazing stay , only issue was a few servers @ lunch time on day of checkout

This was a lovely hotel in an area that we wanted to explore. The service, room and restaurant were all fantastic. The breakfast was nice. We enjoyed being able to go outside and walk along the Rhine, and enjoy the view of the Chateau, vineyards and area. Parking was very easy and safe. Only complaint is that some of the switches were hard to figure out, esp in the bathroom… maybe when the staff shows you the room, make sure to inquire!

Excellent service clean spacious rooms. Located in the heart of the city and a short walk to the old town. Beautiful bar and lounge and the piano player was great. Will definitely be staying here again.

We loved our room and stay at Melia! The staff who checked us in and at the front desk were excellent. We had an incredible view and overall great stay!

Good hotel , I would recommend more for couples

This hotel was right in the heart of everything. It was easy to walk to the historic sites, through town and to the river from here. Perfect location! Well appointed rooms, comfortable and clean.

The hotel and our rooms were clean, as was the hotel. It was easy to see that the property is well cared for and that the staff takes pride in their work. The Tourist Information center is right around the corner in the plaza, and absolutely everything is within walking distance! A couple of people in our party are light sleepers, and said that the noise from the bar on Rue Notre Dame and that from the plaza kept them awake. The room was clean and comfortable enough. The only complaint we have is the shower tended to get the floor soaked but we put down an extra towel and cleaned up afterwards so it wasn't to big of a deal. The area is okay, it's a lot of newer buildings with not much to do right by the hotel but there are food options near and the location is great for getting a way for day trips. The hotel was very close to transit, grocery, pharmacy, coffeehouses, restaurants.

The staff were fantastic. Room very comfortable, and food excellent. My only observation is there appeared to be a bit of mold in the grout within the bathroom where water would pool.

Nice, modern, comfortable hotel, in general, as well as the room. Very attentive staff and even though we never tried the restaurant, the menu was varied. I was there for one night with my son, will definitely be back in a future visit to Luxembourg. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would recommend it. The breakfast was excellent and also the access to free coffee from 11am - 10 pm each day was great!

We stayed in Schloss Berg in mid March for a weekend. We are so glad we decided to stay at this hotel!!! As soon as we arrived, the reception desk greeted us with warm/wet cloths to clean up from the drive, fresh apples and free wine. Super value and a quiet, peaceful place to stay. No frills but just what we needed. Coffee was available (for a price) from an automatic machine which was super helpful because we had to leave the next morning before breakfast was served.
