I stayed here for 4 nights and they were very accommodating. I had a last minute delay and they refunded my first night even though it was past the cut-off date. I stayed an extra night, but there was a misunderstanding that they didn't get that I wanted to stay 2 extra nights. The manager was very helpful and found me a place to stay for the extra night. "Man konnte dort sehr ruhig schlafen. Ein paar Meter weiter war auch eine kleine gemütliche Kneipe mit leckerem Bier. Das Hotel war eigentlich nur ein Ersatz, weil in Brno alle Mittelklassehotels ausgebucht waren. Hat mir aber wirklich gefallen, ich komme bestimmt mal wieder hierher."
