"The staff (Coco, Steve, Thomas, Charles) were exceptional, and the only reason I give the hostel high marks. The property was clean, the beds comfortable, but the bad part was the kitchen with non-working fridge, no soap and paper towels- those would be nice even at an economy class hostel. "No staff so cannot comment on staff. It is a contactless hotel. As long as you have paid in advance you will receive an email with the key for the front door and room around 15:00 on the day of arrival. The room was fine, clean and tidy, with an okay shower with okay water pressure, and coffee machine. Restaurant closes at 19:00 daily, with last orders at 18:00, so not very useful if you are looking for food. Breakfast starts at 8am, which is very late for breakfast, with a very limited selection. One of my colleagues room door did not close/lock, there are no staff around so no one was able to help fix the issue. He ended up taking his luggage out with him every day."

"What we like : - It’s a nice hotel with plenty of art work & localized in a beautiful & natural place - Their breakfast is good and we like what we ate at their restaurant. - There are great amenities for kids : kids room, playground, outdoor chess… It’s a nice place for families. What we don’t like : - Swimming pool was too cold. - Our room was very dark. It’s a pity for a suite. - And the main pain point was the staff which was very unhelpful : no advice regarding the area or the hotel : they gave us the keys, that’s it. They did’nt help us for finding a bike adapted to the size of our son or to charge our car… It’s a pity."

"massive problem at check in as i was not informed about the access code. as i was checking in at night it created unwanted additional costs. the place is good, the room was spot on, the breakfast was good. The the area in even better. "

"The staff are not very friendly and especially to independent travellers as the hotel is geared to large groups. There are rules about only being allowed 2 sachets of coffee in the room then you have to buy more. There is a lift but only to certain areas, not all rooms are accessible by lift, which is not good as it appears that most guests are elderly. Breakfast not available to those not travelling in a group. Area out the back in the area that you go through to the car park is an accident waiting to happen with tools and cables strewn around untidily (see photo)"

"This was such a great hotel. He staff could not be nicer or more helpful. Everyone we encountered was fabulous but the two young women on the evening shift were amazing. They could not have been more helpful or interested in our holiday adventures. Pure gold. "

" The hotel is overall okay for the price, but there are a few things to be aware of. The rooms are a bit outdated and could be cleaner – there was some dust, and the bathroom door paint is peeling. The walls are quite thin, so it can get noisy. Especially in the afternoons when tour buses arrive, it becomes quite loud and sometimes continues into the night, which affects the overall calm atmosphere. On the positive side, the parking is a big advantage – it’s included, located directly in front of the rooms, and monitored by cameras, which makes it feel safe. The hotel is also located in a quiet, forest-like area, which is nice. There are shops and a city center nearby. There is no restaurant in the hotel, but you can easily order food like pizza. We didn’t end up taking the train to Amsterdam because getting to the station requires a bus and the total cost for multiple people becomes quite expensive. Overall, for the price, it’s acceptable, but there is definitely room for improvement. I recomend"
