"We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, but what truly made it special was the staff. Ricky, Suruchi and Ashish were super helpful, humble and genuinely caring. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect - always available with a smile, quick to assist with any request, and making us feel truly at home. The service was prompt, the hospitality was heartfelt, and the overall experience was excellent. You can really feel that the team takes pride in what they do. Highly recommended! Will definitely be coming back and recommending to friends and family."

"We had a wonderful stay at Nidhivan Sarovar Portico during our visit to Vrindavan. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options each morning, and the hotel provided a peaceful environment to relax after a day of temple visits. The staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. We also had the opportunity to meet the General Manager, Mr. Neeraj, who was exceptionally welcoming, approachable, and genuinely interested in ensuring guests had a pleasant experience. His professionalism left a very positive impression on us. The only area where I feel there is room for improvement relates to tipping expectations among some support staff. I am always happy to tip for excellent service, and I voluntarily tipped some restaurant staff because I appreciated their hospitality. However, on a few occasions, I felt uncomfortable when certain staff appeared to expect tips for routine assistance, particularly at the hotel entrance. Guests should feel free to tip at their own discretion rather than feeling pressured to do so. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend Nidhivan Sarovar Portico to anyone visiting Vrindavan. The hotel's location is convenient for visiting the major temples and attractions in and around Vrindavan, making it a great choice for pilgrims and families alike."

"Property was nice and clean, services are quick and excellent, easy and quick check in, front desk staff is very helpful all the time, Food is fantastic. There was no towel rack inside shower room and there was NO Rug inside bathroom so floor of the bathroom gets messed all the time when you take shower and walk out from shower room. You might need to call front desk/housekeeping staff and ask extra towel for bathroom floor. Even, there was no hand towel or other small towel inside bathroom, just 2 shower towel were provided inside bathroom. Food services were excellent including in room dining services."

Very professional, cooperative, and made sure everything was smooth during the stay. His support really stood out and added a personal touch to the experience.
