Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. "

"This was my 2nd stay at this great renowned hotel in Johor Bahru. The room was slightly smaller than the previous stay.
Wifi & other basic necessities were abundantly sufficient.
The only room for improvement (RFI):-
1) Please change the pillows to a softer more comfortable one. I had all 4 x hard pillows. Ended up with a stiff neck & shoulder the next morning.
2) please ensure that the toiletries especially soap were topped up slightly a bit more regardless weekday or weekend.

He was very customer oriented and was prompt to attend to our request. He provided very clear instruction on how to access the carpark and room. We had a very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend Ezzy Home @ Medini. "

Also quiet. We took the room with a window. The window faced the main street but because of double layer of windows , the street sounds did not come through at all.
