"The beach is a mess right now. Closed the whole area 1 night. Was told nothing about what the resort covered. I specifically ask what do the fees cover? Was told you get no amenities. Checking out we ask and found that we could have had beach chairs and bikes. Very disappointed that we weren’t made aware of any of this. "

"Only one of the 4 elevators worked. It took 45 min just to get on the elevators with luggage to get up and down from your room. It said call 0 for express check out but I had to call 3 times before they ever answered the phone. Check in was awful. There was only one person working behind the desk so the entire lobby was full just waiting to check in. Sense the elevators didnt work you had to take stairs up and down 10 flights of stairs that smelled sour from all the pool water traffic. I called at 7am to ask for more towels and finally at 3pm I just had to find a cleaning cart and grab my own towels off of it for showers. The bathroom and door to the balcony would stick making it very difficult to get in and out. We thought the balcony door was just locked. But it took 2 people to finally just push it open. The pool and hot tubs were always so full you couldnt get in them. The rooms are so small two people cant not walk around at the same time. You had to pay for parking and they treatened to tow you if you didnt have the paper in the window showing you paid. I was not impressed with this place at all and will never go back."
