"Parking was right behind the hotel and lots of it. The room was GREAT! The room was very clean but all the halways and public areas needed a good clean and vacuum."

"I had a mixed experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Yonkers. On the positive side, the room and bathroom were a good size, the gym was nice, and I appreciated that breakfast was included. However, there were several issues that made the stay frustrating. The bathroom sink was clogged, and there was a large black stain on the comforter. When I requested a replacement, I was mistakenly given a fitted sheet instead. The room was also missing a TV remote—I had to call three times and wait nearly an hour, only to eventually pick it up myself at the front desk, where it had been sitting the whole time. I also had trouble connecting my Firestick to the internet. After spending 30 minutes on the phone using the in-room “internet” button, I was told the hotel no longer used that provider and would need to contact the front desk for updated information, which wasn’t readily provided. Additionally, I reserved a room with two queen beds but was given a king room instead, with the explanation that it was the only room available. Overall, while the property has some good features, the lack of organization, communication, and attention to basic room readiness made the stay disappointing."

"Carpeting in rooms elevators and entrances need to be replaced. The room I stayed in had filthy curtains / blinds that did not raise/open. Poor lighting in the room. I was not able to properly adjust the heat. A noisy rattling was quite constant. The tv was large so that was nice. The staff were superb. Water everyday. "

"This is the cleanest hotel that I have been in staff make sure that they place is clean all day from 5am until when ever they leave is clean they are very well attempted to Customer. Guess they answer all concerns. I put this hotel due to a birthday party that’s coming up in May for my cousin. I highly recommend this anyone I come across as Family."

They weren’t just passively helpful, they were actively trying to make our day and our stay better or easier. Phenomenal location of course and the amenities/room are top notch. "

"Room was very clean, and extremely quiet. Staff were friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and near Central Park, the subway and numerous stores. It was a little more expensive than I hoped to spend but overall a great value for NY. Look forward to staying here again."
