the hotel was very clean and so was our room. it was very quiet in the room . the location of the hotel is excellent close to many restaurante and shops within 1-10 mins walk. the staff was wonderful too ! excellent stay!!!

Lilliana is always. A smiling face with an eagerness to want to help. She makes your front desk. We always stay here when we’re going on a cruise or a flight. Perfect location, perfect amenities, everything is great. Thank you However, the attendant, when you pull into the parking lot with the spider, Eyelashes is very rude. She does not even speak to you, she doesn’t even act like she wants to be here. It’s not very welcoming.

We missed our cruise due to weather and airline delays. The app was fantastic to find a reasonably priced, well rated hotel with airport transportation and a really nice buffet breakfast. I thought we would be stuck and booked three nights. We only needed two nights and i contacted Expedia Chat on the app to request a refund. Plunge Resort was a great place to stay! We really recommend this to anyone. Be aware of the $44 daily resort fee and $25 daily parking fee.

Quiet and comfortable. We would stay there again. Lots of detours on road at moment but stay was so good we would happily get lost in detours again to stay there.

Was very clean. But nothing like the pictures. Please have them update photos. It is not on the beach as it shows,quite a walk to get there. Does not have a restaurant or bar. Not even a Continental breakfast. Pool is very small.

Overall, the hotel was a safe haven from the storm. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast was good. Staff was excellent and very friendly and efficient. We really felt safe here. It would have been perfect if it had been more walkable with more restaurants within walking distance.
