"Parking was easy. Room was clean. We didnt like being up on 3rd floor. We could have been on 1st, because it wasnt busy. Staff friendly and informative "

"Staff was amazing and nice. Breakfast was yummy. The pool was so much fun that i didnt wasn't too leave it. "

"First room I was given was dirty, slept in bed and garbage everywhere. And the next room the light switch didn’t work so had to use a flashlight to find the lamps and turn them on and the bathroom in the pool area was covered in feces. Would not stay here ever again. "

"The stay started out very well, super easy check in, super nice room. Although we did run into problems with parking.. their lines you can hardly see and we were asked at 10PM to move our vehicles over. I was told we took up 4 spots but it was 2 1/2 if that. Their parking is super complicated due to them splitting a parking lot with Culver’s. I fully understand there’s a sports center near by but I have three kids and It was very hard for all of us to sleep until about after 2AM. I never complain about things like this we just wanted a nice relaxing little get away but it turned into chaos. We tried taking our kids swimming but when we got there it was packed with unsupervised children, alcoholic beverages, food. I honestly probably wouldn’t stay here again. "

"Rooms smelt horrible, like a floral mix with a bad body odor. Carpet was dirty. No pool towels and when we asked they told they were out. Offered no other towels. The pool area doesn’t drain water so there is huge puddles of standing water everywhere. The whole hotel just felt dirty and poorly kept up. "
