"Not a happy customer, room service not good. Multiple follow ups over phone then in person to get any stuff. Good location only."

"Great for kids with all the activities on the property. Arcadebis a money pit so stay away. Buffet is decent not great but good for the money. Can hear what is going on outside from your room but we slept okay"

"I will be staying here again when we go back to Branson. Rooms were clean and updated. Bed was comfortable, and I was impressed that housekeeping came in every day to make the bed and gave us fresh towels and washcloths.( we stayed 3 nights) Honestly, I can't remember staying in a hotel since COVID that provided that service.It definitely was appreciated. The breakfast was the usual with a variety of food including warm choices. We really enjoyed the complimentary ice cream, cobbler and cookies provided by the motel.Great place to stay!!!(and I'm extremely picky.)"

"Breakfast was good and served fresh. Starbucks was a nice treat and the Wildwood Bar staff were pleasant. The pool was clean and stocked with towels. My kids enjoyed the inside/ outside option. Only downfall was our room was never cleaned or restocked with towels/washcloths. We had to hunt down the cleaners each day for clean linen. When we checked in there was dirty trash and linen left infront of our room and wasnt picked up until the next day after mentioning it to staff."
