"Friendly staff very helpful"
Super 8 by Wyndham Carroll/East
8/10 Good
"The stay was adequate for what we needed and for the price. The room was clean and only stayed one night. The breakfast wasn’t much - had waffle machine and cereal, juice, coffee and apple and oranges - so don’t expect to fill up much on that. Hotel staff was friendly but sometimes hard to understand because of their nationality/ we made it work."

"Efficient and helpful staff. Breakfast was very.....iffy!!! Orange juice was all water. Ran out of coffee and waffles were doughy. Probably needed less dough or to cook longer. Nice clean and comfortable room but could have used additional towels. Would stay there again."

"This is a unique property. The house is beautiful, but it was a little difficult to tell what exactly we were getting from the listing. We wound up with a room with an en-suite bathroom, which I would definitely recommend, otherwise you may be sharing a bathroom with complete strangers. We stayed here as part of RAGBRAI, so it was completely full and folks were definitely having to share a bathroom and coordinate showers. Not a huge deal, but we were happy to have our room with the bathroom. All in all, a good stay"
